Delivery time
Most MyTeddyTale PDFs are created and emailed within approximately 5 minutes, but delivery can sometimes take longer due to technical checks, image processing, email delays or high demand.
Please check your spam, junk or promotions folder if your email has not arrived.
On the odd occassion a story will fail to generate if the AI doesn't like something in the uploaded details or image. Just reply to your order confirmation email, or email us at hello@myteddytale.com - We will also be notified by the system.
If you don't want to wait for our help then feel free to place a new order and we will refund the order that failed.
