Need help, any issues?

On the odd occassion a story will fail to generate if the AI doesn't like something in the uploaded details or image. Just reply to your order confirmation email, or email us at hello@myteddytale.com - We will also be notified by the system.

If you don't want to wait for our help then feel free to place a new order and we will refund the order that failed.

Photo upload guidance

For best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo of your child holding or standing next to their teddy, toy or pet. If you wish, make visible in the photo any details... such as a teddy bunny rabbits long ears etc.

You can also upload a photo of just the teddy, toy or pet if you prefer - in which case the illustration of the child will be generic and based on age and gender(if selected).

Please do not upload unsuitable photos. If a child is in the photo, the child must be fully clothed and not in bed, bath, changing clothes etc. Failure to comply may mean the image and order is rejected by the AI safety system.

What you receive

Your order includes:

  • a personalised printable PDF story via email
  • a custom black-and-white colouring-style cover illustration
  • 3 easy-to-read story pages
  • a digital keepsake you can print, colour and read again

How your order is delivered

After checkout, your personalised story is generated using the details and photo you provide. Your PDF will be delivered by email with a download link to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery time

Most orders are generated and emailed within approximately 5 minutes.

Sometimes delivery may take longer because of:

  • image processing
  • AI generation time
  • safety checks
  • email delays
  • high demand
  • third-party service issues
  • technical problems

If your order has not arrived after 30 minutes, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us at:

No physical delivery

MyTeddyTale is a digital product.

You will not receive anything by post, courier or physical delivery.

Printing your PDF

Your PDF is designed to be printable at home or through a local print service.

Print quality may vary depending on:

  • your printer
  • paper type
  • ink quality
  • printer settings
  • device settings

For best results, print on good-quality white paper.
